With extensive training and experience in wound care, Susie Tuttle, Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse, provides specialized care in inpatient and outpatient settings, long term care facilities and assisted/independent living centers.
In the long term care facilities and assisted/independent living centers, Susie provides primary care, as well as wound care. Instead of her patients traveling to her office, Susie goes to her patients at their home, the long term care or assisted living facilities and performs the same type of care that she would perform in the clinic, in the comfort of their home instead.
Susie obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and post graduate Adult Nurse Practitioner from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health at Washington University in St. Louis.
Susie provides specialized care for serious wounds, such as burns, diabetic and pressure ulcers, persistent skin irritations, surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, venous insufficiency, neuropathic ulcers, radiation injuries, inflammatory ulcers, and chronic, non-healing wounds.
